This course is also open to yoga instructors, Alexander Technique teachers and those who are serious, curious and open-minded about their yoga practice.
The Maitripa Centre is located in Yarra Valley.

Workshop with David Moore - director of the School and author of 'Smart Yoga: Apply the Alexander Technique to Enhance Your Practice, Prevent Injury, and Increase Body Awareness'.
This workshop is open to those who have attended the morning Introduction to the Alexander Technique workshop, or to those who have had Alexander Technique lessons before.
10-11 April 2021
This course in practical anatomy will be of interest to Alexander teachers, yoga teachers, a range of somatic practitioners and anyone interested in how their body works.
This course will be run over a full weekend by Jane Shellshear a Body Work and Alexander Technique Teacher.
Sunday 2021: 28 March 10am - 5pm
David Moore will cover the basics of the Alexander Technique and we will look at how to apply this work to improve your posture and movement in everyday living
Followed by an afternoon workshop from 2pm to 5pm focusing on the application of the Alexander Technique to yoga practice
Monday 27 to Friday 31 Dec 2021
This intensive course is suitable for beginners and experienced students of the Alexander Technique.
As well as a daily private Alexander Technique lesson and a range of group classes, there is the option of evening yoga classes with David Moore and/or two voice classes with Jenny Thirtle.
The course offers daily private lessons plus a range of other classes including practical anatomy, voice and yoga
